We do not charge expediting fee. The Express shipping cost is how much we have to pay the Post Office to expedite your orders. We make no guarantee on delivery time. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. Delays may occur during transit. Shipping cost is non refundable.All goods are subject to availability.Gift/promotions:Only one gift will be given per person.  Multiple orders from the same person will be combined and one gift will be given.
